Foynes Public Baths The site in Foynes where the bath project is set is void of any boundaries and is void of any sense of character. The challenge I felt was to give the site definition and to somehow link the site to the town. |
Limerick Docklands The challenge in this project was to deal with the relationship between the existing industrial landscape and the proposed residential area. This project utilizes what is currently existing on the site as the driving point for the new residential development.

Limerick City Public Library The Riverside Library was developed around the concept
of creating a building that would both form a relationship
with the river’s edge and create public spaces to interact with and compliment the existing urban landscape.
|
Student City This project located in Limericks Milk Market was about creating a community by redeveloping the existing urban fabric. The means for creating this community are the sporting facilities in the area. The sporting facilities act as the catalyst behind the project. They give something back to the community, something
that the community can be proud of and also provide a means of interaction and socializing,
something which the area is currently void of.
|
Inis Meain Community Hall This community hall was to fulfill a need on the island which exists at present. The sports and community hall was also to provide a connection between the existing secondary school facilities, while also creating public spaces for the use of the people on the island. |
